The first efficient cleaner production system of coal gasification which used rotary technology has been accepted by the department of Shandong province. The system was sponsored by Shandong union energy technology co. LTD, be solved with Tsinghua university, Shandong university,Shandong coal design institute and other institutions.“If 90 thermal power plant in Shandong province is using the technology, according to the total scale of 9 million kw to calculate, can save coal each year 13.5 million tons, the carbon dioxide emissions by 27 million tons.”The president of United energy Zhang Changdong said.
According to introduction of Zhang Changdong,the system uses the L-type horizontal rotary wavy tool of coal gasification technology production system,created by ordinary coal as raw material,to build equilibrium heat environment as the main technical method of low energy, high efficiency of coal gasification technology.
“The thermal power plants using the technology and device, per kilowatt of standard coal consumption was only 238 grams,save 40% than the current national average of 380 grams,environmental protection level will have a larger increase,the emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides will reduce about 70% than the traditional direct coal technology,it can achieve the most stringent emission standards of Europe.” Zhang Chongdong said,now this technology has been used by the Tengzhou thermal power plan, the project construction is in positive preparation.
